Molecular Nutrition and You and TheVitaDoc.com follow strict internal controls when preparing an order for shipment.  Every effort is made to package and ship each order securely so that it arrives to you in proper form.

 

From time to time, we may offer promotional shipping rates.  Please refer to the Return and Refund Policy for information on the way shipping refunds are processed and calculated.

ThyeVitaDoc products are shipped through the United States Postal Service.  All orders are subject to reasonable postal and shipping fees.

We understand that occasionally, merchandise may be damaged in shipment or transit.  If customer believes their order was damaged during delivery, customer is to report it immediately to TheVitaDoc.com customer support by email at customerservice@thevitadoc.com.  We will order an immediate reissue to replace the damaged order and organize the return of the damaged merchandise to us.  Damaged merchandise must be returned to us (at our expense) or customer will be charged for the shipment as if it were received in good and undamaged order.  Customer shall be charged full price for merchandise and shipping if damaged merchandise is not returned to us.  

The customer is responsible for providing a secure area to receive and maintain in good order its thevitadoc.com parcel deliveries.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise nor will we replace without cost to customer any merchandise reported as missing or stolen after successful delivery has been confirmed by the United States Postal Service.  We will, as a demonstration of goodwill and appreciation, and depending on resources practical and available to us, make reasonable efforts to attempt to assist the customer in locating lost packages whenever possible and practical.  To create a record and assist in fighting package theft, stolen packages should be reported to the police as soon as possible.
