We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

For US Returns:
TheVitaDoc.com customers may return their unopened  unused and undamaged or opened partially used merchandise purchased from TheVitaDoc.com within 30 days of the original purchase date.  The customer will receive a refund/credit of the product purchase price in the exact form of the original payment.  Customers may return TheVitaDoc  supplements within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund of the product price only (shipping fees are non-refundable), less a small processing and handling fees ($2).  Refund request must be sent in writing by email to customerservice@thevitadoc.com  within 30 days from the date of purchase

All items should be returned in their original product packaging. We cannot accept returns that are not in the original product package.

 

TheVitaDoc.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.

To be eligible for a refund the rejected items must be returned to and received by us in accordance with this return policy.  The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  TheVitaDoc.com is not responsible for the cost of shipping and handling on returned items.  TheVitaDoc.com will only pay for the cost of return shipping if the return was a result of our sole and exclusive error.

Receiving your Refund:
Subject to the following time estimates, after we receive and process your return a refund of the price paid for purchased goods will be made available to customer.

• 5 to 7 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper;

• 10 to 12 business days for us to process your return;

• The time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

If your parcel containing return merchandise is lost in delivery transit, the customer must provide absolute and verifiable Proof of Mailing or shipping.  We will notify you by e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

International Return Policy Restrictions:
We are very thankful to have a loyal international customer base.  Our goal is to offer all we might to ensure safe, efficient and economical delivery of your parcel from TheVitaDoc.  Our return policy for international clients is as follows below.  These policies are based on our exposure to potential losses incurred from varied and errant international shipping practices.

If your order is returned to us in proper form and good order as "banned/restricted products", "wrong address", "refused", because no one was available to accept delivery, or shipment was otherwise undeliverable, we will refund your credit card as follows: the amount of purchase price paid for goods minus any shipping charges or fees and any other charges or fees we may incur due to the refusal or return, including but not limited to jurisdictional warehousing fees, quarantine fees, and returned shipping fees.

If a reship is requested, customer is responsible for the entire shipping costs of the original returned shipment and the entire shipping cost for the reship.

Occasionally, and as part of a sales promotion or in-kind donation, we may offer discounted shipping fees, domestic or international or intergalactic.  To our customers receiving any promotional or discounted shipping, the customer is responsible for the undiscounted shipping fees of the original packaging, and the undiscounted shipping and handling fee plus any regulatory imposed charges or fees cost will be included in the amount that will be deducted from the purchase amount that customer originally paid and a refund will be issued in like form as the original payment.

For example, if the international customer is offered an upgrade of shipping method to a USPS (with tracking link) which cost $60, but we only charged $14.90 as part of a promotion.  If the product is returned to us for any reason, and a refund has been approved, the customer will be responsible for and pay for the undiscounted cost to ship the original order.  The additional $45.10 which was part of a promotional offering will be reclaimed by deducting it from total refund should the customer request a refund.

Example - Total amount paid for the order is $200 + $14.90 shipping.  The actual undiscounted shipping charge is $60.00.  When computing the refund $200 product + 14.90 paid shipping - $60 undiscounted shipping charges = $154.90 due customer.
