B Vitamin Trivia [Part Two] B2 or Riboflavin Deficiency

Vitamin B2 [Riboflavin] Deficiency

~ Cheilosis

Do you have chapped lips?

Can you not live without Carmex or Chap Stick?

~ Fatigue/Thyroid problems

Are you always tired?

Does your temperature run low? [less than 97.8]

If so, you are probably lacking Riboflavin or Vitamin B2.

Sugar depletes all the B vitamins, FYI.

It is difficult to get enough B vitamins from foods, studies show.

B2 is needed to activate B6, so many people who are short on B2 will develop a secondary B6 deficiency which is much more serious [Asthma, Kidney Stones, Muscle Spasm, Heart Disease and more]

If you have a severe case of B2 deficiency there are “activated’ versions of B2 available that work quickly [in less than a week].

Most people respond to simply taking a quality B Complex supplement, “B100” or “B150” are common formulations. It is best to take the B’s twice a day.
